These pieces were inspired in part, by my theatre years. I have always held a fascination for ‘the modelbox’. Perhaps it’s the doll’s house I never had? Working in a scale such as 1:25 allows me to let go and become playful … curiouser and curiouser.

At the time, these pieces were assemblages of old and new work where elements of theatre, illustration and design work were collaged together.
